The location of the apartment is too good. The view of the Brienz lake and the mountains are so comforting that you can sit in balcony the entire day.

Die Wohnung war gross, gut eingerichtet und der Kontakt unkompliziert (ausser als wir eine Beanstandung hatten kam keine Antwort) die Lage mit ca. 20 Gehminuten zum Bhf angenehme, schöne Aussicht auf den See/Berge, 2 Parkplätze vorhanden
Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, bereits als wir rein kamen haben wir gesehen dass wahrscheinlich nur kurz das nötigste gesaugt wurde, Staub und Krümmeln unter den Möbel welche man direkt beim Treppensteigen zum nächsten Stock gesehen hat. Unter den Kissen auf dem Sofa lagen krümmeln, der untere Balkon konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden da alles voller Vogelkot war, das Waschbecken im Gästebad war kaputt (Wasser lief nicht ab) und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden (wurde gemeldet aber nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten), auf dem Küschentisch waren noch Essensreste vom Vormieter, der Dampfabzug in der Küche "tropft" vor Fett und das Geschirr war nicht wirklich sauber (die Geschirrwaschmaschine war nicht komplett ausgeräumt und hatte noch Essensreste dran).
