We stayed here for 2 nights to move our daughter in to ETSU. It was very convenient to everything including ETSU. The cutest and cleanest place!! My son was excited that Mrs. Polly left treats in the bowl. I enjoyed a glass of wine on the back deck. We planned on renting again but it was already booked. Thanks again Mr. Polly and your artwork is amazing!!

We travel a lot, in the US and Europe, and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. It felt like a home. We were in town to visit family, and it was perfectly located. We ended up extending our stay, and thankfully, Polly was able to accommodate us. We loved everything about this place: immaculately clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom; GREAT air conditioning; new stackable washer and dryer; Roku TVs in the living room and bedrooms programmed for guest stays; easy parking. The king bed was so comfortable, we want to get the same mattress when we move back to the U.S.! You will not be disappointed staying here.

What a nice place! Comfortable bed, instant hot water in shower, quiet, peaceful. Kitchen well stocked, better than most. Quick response from host on any questions. Definitely my go to now for Johnson City.
