Für eine Gruppe von bis zu 10 Personen war die Unterkunft gross genug und bot durch die 4 separaten Zimmer genügend Freiraum. Die Küche war gut ausgerüstet und die Geräte einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft bot die nötigen 2 Badezimmer und 2 Toiletten. Die Umgebung war ruhig mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Die Metro und der Bus waren in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder mieten.
Beim Betreten der Unterkunft war die Heizung nicht aufgedreht, es war sehr kalt. Wir haben sofort geheizt und am nächsten Morgen war es merklich wärmer. Leider hat sich meine Tochter am Abend bereits leicht erkältet, da in der Ferien-Euphorie sie es zu spät realisierte, dass es in der Wohnung sehr kalt war. Im Verlaufe der Woche ging es ihr dann besser. Wenn die Vormieter in den kälteren Monaten die Heizung nicht adjüstieren, dann sollte der Vermieter kurz vor Mietbeginn kontrollieren, ob die Temperatur stimmt.
