Location and sea view and spacious apartment
Maintenance poor.sliderobe didnt slide easily, bed sloped on sides, pillows not supportive, kettle needed replacement, bath tile broken but could easily be rectified.

The studio flat is well located. Bright and roomy for a studio.
It took 2 messages and 1 phone call for Agence des Résidences to confirm where I could pick up the keys. The studio flat needs some maintenance and renovation. The shower has no power and needs professional cleaning. The bed is a sofa bed, so don't expect great comfort. There are ants crawling everywhere and we are in Spring. Basically, Agence des Résidences do not care about managing this property correctly.
