About this house rental
This is a gorgeous two, double-bedroom house in a newly renovated (March 2020. The property near the centre of Leeds. It is a 4-5 minutes walk to St James University Hospital and a 5 minute drive from the centre of Leeds. This listing is for a private two double bed house along with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a nice garden for use. Every room is furnished and decorated with a modern look. There are many amenities nearby within walking distance.
The space:
This property also has a spacious garden. The place it self is a 3 minute walk from St James University Hospital and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Leeds. Useful amenities available within a 5 minute walking distance include Morrisons supermarket as well as many small independent retailers and shops. The place itself is very modern and clean. The bedrooms are very cosy with each having spacious double beds as well as a desk/study area. The kitchen comes equipped with a brand new cooking stove and a whole range of utensils and cutlery.
Interaction with guests:
I am very responsive to guests since I live nearby. I usually respond no later than 5/10 minutes after receiving a message and I am always there for any problems encountered (rarely) and any requirements!

NOTE:
Just a gentle reminder for all our guests. Since the area is a family-orientated neighbourhood, we strictly DO NOT allow any PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC in the property. In case these rules are broken, all guilty parties will be removed from the property and a large penalty of fine will be charged to their Airbnb account.

This place, situated in the vibrant area of Harehills, is really right at the heart of Leeds being not too far from its quiet suburban areas of Roundhay and Shadwell and its bustling town centre; home to the new Victoria Gate Shopping Centre as well as many high street and independent shops. Food-wise, there are a huge number of restaurants and takeaways offering a variety of foods from around the world. For whether you crave a KFC or a bit of Indian home cooked food, this part of Leeds is sure to appeal to anyone

The location is incredibly easy to get to. There is a bus stop right outside the street offering bus service to and from Leeds City Centre every 10 minutes-bus numbers 49,50 and 50A will all take you there. By car, just put the location into your navigation system and from town it should take you no longer than 5 minutes to arrive.
