Понравилось месторасположение, выходишь и сразу-пляж. Лежаки, зонтики-бесплатно. Море-отличное! Бассейн на территории-зачетный, кстати их-много.

В номере присутствовали муравьи- их очень много. Купили ловушки для муравьев в супермаркете, но насекомым на них было глубоко наплевать.

We were in a self catering apartment with long hallway and storage for shoes/ coats etc, then into the kitchen / lounge. The bedrooms off the lounge that had two bedrooms down stairs, one with a double bed, wardrobes and drawers, the other room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers, bathroom in between the two bedrooms with sink, bidet/toilet and bath with shower attachment. The kitchen was small and open planned into the living room with couches, break fast bar and TV. Patio table and chairs on the balcony over looking the sea. Upstairs another bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, doors leading to another balcony, upstairs bathroom with bidet/toilet, sink, shower - no bath, washing machine. All rooms have aircon. Towels, sheets, pillows and over covers provided. Upstairs bedroom had darker curtains which is great for me plus the sun rose into the room at 05.30, air con was noisy but I like white noise to sleep with. Our apartment was a 2 minute walk to the only shop we found at Sunset, 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from nearest pool. 5 minutes from nearest restaurant. We felt safe in the complex. Staff we helpful. Transport via bus is easy and cheap. 29TL by bank card each to go into main area of Chalis, not sure how much to get into the main part of Fethiye which is a marina town, but you need to walk to top security gate for the bus and we never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus, pay with card otherwise it is 40TL for each person cash. Once out and about, when you need to get home just look for bus stop D. Various pools to use in the complex, the pools were not over crowded. We always managed to get chairs and parasol and at least one sunbed. No towels are allowed on the sunbeds overnight to 'reserve'. Good wifi in apartment. Every meal we had was great. Walk along the beach and you will find lots of places to eat. Water sports 100m away.

No hangers for clothes. Wifi plug was hanging off the wall when we arrived at 21.00 however, fixed by 10am. No curtains in either downstairs bedrooms, only white chiffon / net type style - so if you like it dark take an eye mask. No bedside lights for reading. No plug socket near the bed in the downstairs double room and the wardrobe and drawers were stiff and creaky. No washing rack to dry the clothes washing. Take some string and pegs. Upstairs balcony had nothing to sit on, in our apartment the sun rose at 05.30 so a perfect sun trap for early morning people and a great place to dry washing or sit and read, if you had a chair to sit on. Both the bath downstairs and the shower cubicle leaked from the sealant so we laid a towel down and then spun the towels in the machine for the next evenings showers. We did not report because in previous experiences, we did want to have to wait to use the facilities whilst the sealant dried. Breakfast bar was small so only had two stools to sit on. Outside patio had 6 chairs but balcony was narrow so once 6 people seated, no room to move chairs back on one side to be able to get out of the chairs, luckily my youngest two are small so could climb out of the chairs. Air con noisy in some rooms. The small onsite shop does not sell any fresh food. Bar nearest to the beach at Sunset is overpriced. We did not like walking past the campsites on the beach, felt like passing immigrants. Nearest main shop is walkable but a hot walk in the summer. The beach is NOT sandy. Water sports expensive.

Beautiful apartment complex right on Calis Beach. Staff at Aqua Lettings were very kind and helpful, we had the best holiday ever. They kindly did a grocery shop for us so when we arrived late at night we had the essentials available for drinks and snacks. The on-site mini market was really handy and open until at least midnight. All 7 communal pools were clean and quiet even though we were staying during May half term. We had our own private pool and 5 bedroom Villa which was heaven! We bought lilos from the mini market (the owner inflated them all for us) and spent the majority of our time in the pool and sunbathing in the garden. we cooked simple breakfasts and snacks then ate out either in the on-site restaurant or one of the many lovely restaurants on the the promenade, best nights out were at Sundown on Calis Bridge. A huge thank you to Aqua Lettings for all their kindness. Would recommend 5******
