The holiday apartment, situated on the 1st floor of the Villa Stauder is equipped with:
Living room with table, sofa and television and possibility of additonal camp - bed in the living room.
Kitchen with table, 4 electri burners, fridge and freezer, multiple function oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with two single beds. Please note that the bathroom ceiling is about 1.90 meter high.
Large panorama terrace (30 Square meters) with table, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrellas, with view on olive trees and Sea.

"We spent one week in mid-October at Villa Stauder. We have visited many holiday apartments and houses around the world, but Villa Stauder ranks at the top of our favorite places. The facilities were exemplary, and the cleanliness couldn’t have been better. The view from the terrace to the sea, surrounded by 220 olive trees in a paradise-like garden, made the accommodation truly special. We love tranquility, and we found it there. We would never have thought that the city of Rome would lose significance for us thanks to this wonderful accommodation and the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended are trips to Nemi (just 3 km away), Castel Gandolfo (gorgeous), Tivoli, and Anzio (great beach). However, our greatest praise goes to the owners, Emanuela and Marco, for their warmhearted and incredibly kind personalities. We will definitely be back—not to visit Rome City, but to see Emanuela and Marco again and to enjoy the view from the terrace. Thank you both for the wonderful time, your exceptional hospitality, and the world’s best olive oil!"

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit mit den vermietern zu kommunizieren. Die uneinsichtige Dachterrasse war ein sehr schönes Highlight.

Appartamento curatissimo e ottimamente accessoriato. Particolare segnalazione per la terrazza, per vivibilità e vista. Collocazione particolarmente comoda. Cura degli ospiti da parte della proprietà ai massimi livelli. Esperienza da ripetere.
