Struttura dotata di un un ottimo parcheggio e di altrettanto ottima climatizzazione (ne ho usufruito a febbraio). Gode di una posizione strategica da cui risulta molto comodo raggiungere servizi, litorale e centro città

Como el lugar, amplio , se ve el mar del balcón, tiene Lavarropas, los dueños son muy amables, muy limpio, la ducha funciona excelente , tiene ascensor, con las valijas viene bien y para estacionar , 10 puntos ‼️

Tolle Lage, ruhig. Tolle Strände Gute Bus Anbindung nach Pescara. Einfache Ausstattung, aber für den Preis O. K. Bis auf die Küche alles sauber. Self check in /out war sehr gut.
Das Haus von außen miserabel. Im Bad fallen die Handtuchhalterungen von der Wand. Bett quitscht, Matratze müsse ausgetauscht werden! Backofen, Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck furchtbar. Alles SUPER alt. Haben noch nicht einmal davon etwas benutzt! Echt gruselig. :-( Küche muss dringend erneuert werden. Auch wenn die Unterkunft preiswert ist, sollten doch die Küchentöpfe.... gut erhalten sein Am Bett keine Lese Lampen wie auf Foto abgebildet!

L'annonce " appt avec 1 chambre " se résume à une pièce unique avec lit ( sans lumière de chevet ) et coin repas . La cuisine minuscule avec une gazinière ( une antiquité ) on se brule chaque fois qu'on l'allume , pas de cafetière pas de bols . Salle de bains avec un lavabo de la taille d'un lave-mains . TRES MAUVAIS RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX
