Detailed description – House Mate is located right by the beach. Contains big pool, beautiful garden (2000m2) and apartment with covered terraces equipped with garden furniture with breathtaking sea view. Apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 people and have a kitchen with dishwasher (dishes and utensils), refrigerator, living room with a double bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, WIFI, air conditioning/heating, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bathroom is equipped with a shower and other one with bath tub. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe also. Apartment have his own entrance. Swimming spot is directly in front of the house with the character of a private beach which can be reached by private stairway. For thoose who prefer swimming pool, you can find one right in front of the house with stunning sea views available, loungers and umbrellas . You can also find a barbecue in front of the hose for free use. Secure parking is available in the courtyard. Avaliable boat mooring also.

If you are looking for a very quiet spot to peacefully relax this is a perfect place! The apartment is really nice, modern, fully equipped and has a great patio with fantastic sea views. The pool is great and access to the crystal clear sea is very good and easy, too. Just the Wifi is a bit in relaxation mode as well and neither strong nor fast. So if you travel with teenagers make sure you have some mobile data available, the LTE (4G) reception is perfect fortunately. Karlobag (less than 10min by car) has shops and restaurants, be aware there is no infrastructure in walking distance, but that is why it is so quiet and relaxing! If you like hiking the mountains are great, also a trip with the ferry to the island of Pag is easy, ferry port is just 10min away. Thanks very much to the hosts for a great stay!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche hier. Die Gastgeber, besser gesagt die Mutter von Josipa empfang uns freundlich, auch trotz erheblicher Sprachbarriere (aber mit Hand und Fuß ging es). Die Unterkunft ist schön, genauso wie auf den Bildern.
Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. Einsam, weit ab vom Schuss und eine eigene Badebucht inkl. Pool im Grundstück. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 50min eine steile aber schöne Bergstraße hinauf entfernt.
Alles in allem, ein schöner Aufenthalt. Aber Hundehalter sollten aufpassen! Ich habe einen Beleg dafür, dass wir uns mit zwei Hunden angemeldet haben. Uns wurde versichert, dass alles im Preis enthalten ist, auch die Reinigung.
Vor Ort angekommen dann der Schock: 50€ wollten sie nochmal extra PRO HUND (beides Kurzhaar) haben, für die Endreinigung, da die Hunde nicht angemeldet waren, was ich aber per Screenshot widerlegen kann. Nun ja, 100€ ärmer, ein Gespräch war leider nicht nochmal möglich diesbezüglich, da die Gastgeber nicht nochmal da waren und die Mutter von Josipa nur schwer Englisch verstand. Den Preis dafür fanden wir schon unverschämt.
Aber sonst war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir konnten unsere Ruhe genießen.
