Ideal apartment for a family. The 3-room apartment has a total living area of approximately 45m2. It is equipped for a maximum of 5 people. Entrance is via the private terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. From the terrace access to a separate kitchen giving access to a living room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people (140cm), a coffee table, two armchairs and a satellite TV.

Heerlijke kleine woning in rijtje van 3 authentieke kleine woningen met eigen terrasje en midden in Dinard. Woning was erg schoon en gezellig ingericht en ligt op 600 meter van centrum Dinard. Ook vlak bij strand Prieure op 150 meter waar een piscine de mer (zwembad in zee dat vult bij vloed) is. Pracht plek waar we graag nog eens komen. Gastvrouw is bijzonder aardig en zorgt erg goed voor haar gasten. Enige punt van kritiek is misverstand over reserveren van handdoeken en beddengoed waardoor we nog 's avonds laat onze gastvrouw moesten lastigvallen. Dus handdoeken en beddengoed is niet in de prijs inbegrepen. Maar zeer aan te raden huisje waar we graag nog eens terug komen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und für vier Personen gut geeignet. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral zwischen den Stränden, dem Ort und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Lediglich die Parksituation ist aufgrund der zentralen Lage etwas schwierig.
