Luxury Villa La Perla is a newly built villa located in a small tourist town Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a shared pool on the roof terrace overlooking the sea. The pool is heated, making this villa an ideal choice all year. The top feature is surely roof terrace with 32 m2 large heated pool and beautiful seaview. Free WIFI, BBQ and parking at disposal for our guests.

Fantastic appartment, walking distance to local shops and restaurants and only a short bus or taxi ride to the city of zadar. Would recommended it to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway.

Wow!!! Our stay at La Perla was amazing.
We arrived in the mid of the night and Mr. Antonio welcomed us so friendly.
When we had any questions we just texted him and he immediately responded.
The apartment was super clean and well equipped. The pictures of the pool and the view absolutely correspond to the truth.
The supermarket and the beach are very close to the AirBnB.
