Shanklin centre is a 10 minutes walk away with its own railway station and bus routes to cover most of the island.
The renowned Old Village is also within walking distance with its thatched cottages, tearooms and taverns.
The apartment is newly refurbished to a good modern standard and has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE HALL.

It was more than we expected.In lovely area for visiting any part of the amazing Island.Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and let us get on with our holiday,but there if needed.We intend to visit again.Fred and Pauline

This lovely little apartment was a perfect base for Island exploration. The owners and hosts, John and Johanne, are lovely. We received such a nice welcome; a guided tour of the property and a few little welcome treats! John and Johanne were very helpful and super friendly too.The accomodation has everything a couple could need, I took a lot with me, but didn't need to as everything was included. A lovely touch is the good sized fridge and freezer so you can actually get a decent amount of food in should you wish to in.The parking and accomodation are both very safe.The costal path to Shanklin and Sandown are just a stones throw away, but there is also great bus routes closeby too.All together we had a fantastic week and should we be able to return to the Isle of Wight, just thr 2 of us, we will hopefully be staying with John and Johanne again. Thank you for having us!!

Close enought to Shanklin to walk there in 10 mins and to coast path to Sandown , friendly generous hosts

The property met all our expectations not suitable for people with
Walking difficulties as many stones underfoot and on a very steep
Hill for getting to town & beach also the owners assumed we would be leaving by 10am not as stated on our email and were knocking on
The door at 10.06 No farewell or thank you for staying 😩
