Apartment A4 is 83 m2 in size and is located on the 2nd floor of the villa. The apartment is fully equipped and consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. With a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for a group of 6 people. All furniture and appliances are of a high qiality La Perla is a newly built villa located in a small tourist town Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a shared pool on the roof of the house, and a roof terrace with garden furniture and deck longes overlooking the sea. The pool is 32m2 large and heated.

The airbnb was amazing! Very nice and clean, the beds were super comfortable and the pool was just incredible! The only negative thing is that the wifi didn’t work for us the 3 days we were there!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einer super Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch perfekt. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist das Highlight. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr sauber, Gastgeber ist zuvorkommend und ständig erreichbar.
Lage ist ganz ok, zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 min im Zentrum von Bibinje.
Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr gut!

Das Apartment war sehr schön, leider hat es überall extrem unangenehm nach Abfluss und abgestandenem Wasser gerochen. Das Haus war extrem hellhörig und der Vermieter der mit ihm Haus wohnt sehr streng was die Nachtruhe (23) Uhr angeht. Wir 4 Personen, die etwas Musik gehört haben und Karten spielten wurden direkt darauf hingewiesen leiser zu sein.
Der Pool war nicht beheizt, die Spülmaschine schon länger defekt außerdem ging die Klima auch nicht.
Die Küche ist nicht dafür gedacht groß zu kochen. Leider war trotz Angabe und Nachfrage kein Salz, Pfeffer und Öl verfügbar.
Wenn die Mängel behoben werden und der Gastgeber etwas mehr Spaß an der Sache hat kann daraus was werden.
