About this house rental
Berk: Unit 35E Lot 68. This is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first level includes a bedroom with one queen bed as well as a room with two twin beds and both bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The half bathroom is located on the second level landing which is also the level the master bedroom is on. The master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. A couple steps up is the dining, living and kitchen with sweeping ocean views, large decks, large window seats. The *new* hot tub (installed November 2025) is on the deck overlooking ocean.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.

Fantastic. The windows need cleaning, and both the sliders hardly work, and also the hot tub jets do not work, but everything else was awesome, and we hope to come back soon.

The house was perfect. Well equipped, clean and baby and toddler safe with a great view. The only downside was the wind. Given the northwest facing location the wind blew quite hard every day.

Great rental group and the location was excellent. The home is clearly aging from rentals...stains in carpets, doors won’t close, sliding doors stuck, windows are cloudy, kitchen sink faucet broken, and ants. Property has potential to return it to an earlier state.
