About this villa rental
The Villa de la Grève Blanche is located 200 meters from a fine white sand beach.
This very large house, with over 200m² of living space, can accommodate up to 8 people + 1 baby. The entire property is yours to enjoy.
The very large swimming pool (not shared) is a lap pool measuring 12m x 3m (rare in rental properties). You can easily swim long lengths.
It is heated to 28°C. It faces south and is heated from May to the end of September. For children's safety, there is an electric curtain (NF).
In a storage room, you will find pool toys.
It is surrounded by a wooden deck.
At your disposal are 2 garden furniture sets and 1 electric awning to protect you from the sun when dining outdoors.
A 2,500m² enclosed garden will accommodate both young and old for a game of soccer or volleyball. It has 4 bedrooms:
On the ground floor:
No. 1: a bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm),
No. 2: a bedroom with two single beds (0.90cm) with a walk-in closet and garden view.
UPSTAIR:
No. 3: a bedroom with a king-size electric bed (160cm) + 1 TV
No. 4: a bedroom with a king-size electric bed (180cm) + 1 TV.
This magnificent bedroom opens onto an outdoor wooden terrace with panoramic sea views. You can see the boats offshore.
You will also find:
A newly fitted and equipped kitchen (new for 2022). A living room with a TV and a fireplace (wood provided)
A dining room with a large oak table (seats 8)
A winter garden with 3 deckchairs and numerous books
A children's playroom with a small table, small chairs, games, and books
A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer
A large relaxation room with:
A steam room (42°C, humid heat, essential oils are provided, as are towels)
A fitness area with a treadmill and exercise bike (pool view)
A lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a drink
2 separate toilets
2 large bathrooms:
No. 1: a double sink vanity, heated towel rail, and a double walk-in shower (unusual)
No. 2: a double sink vanity (wooden), a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail
Towels are provided (1 large and 1 small towel per person). In the garden shed you will find 3 bicycles, a barbecue, 4 deckchairs, 4 outdoor armchairs, 1 barbecue, and beach toys for children.
Beds are made upon your arrival.

A mini disco located on the property is available only for the holiday season.

Marie-Lauren and Stephane are excellent hosts. The house and facilities just right for us. The heated swimming pool just wonderful. Short walk to nice beaches and nice coastal walks. We stayed for two weeks and we found plenty to do for all age groups (children from 9 to 13). Local restaurant le Carre excellent and highly recommended easily coping with our lack of French! First time we visited this part of France and we really enjoyed it. 1 hour from the Roscoff ferry.

Very neat house with every modern comfort next to a beautiful beach, perfect accommodation with terrace and sea view at the first floor, nice heated swimming pool and very comfortable beds
