Property is nice and well maintained. Good location for exploring the Yorkshire coastline. Good communication from the host and some good interesting recommendations. We spent a day at Peasholm park which was lovely. Living areas probably too small for 8. A few more smaller details in the welcome pack would help - like which bins to use for what and when they are collected. Bins were full when we arrived too which didn't help, but appreciate previous guests will have filled up. Dishwasher needs an upgrade as it doesn't clean dishes very well. Overall would recommend if you are going to be out and about most of the day and just use as a base, especially if it is a large group.

We had a 3 night stay and had a good time the property had all we needed and was very clean. We were a party including 3 dogs along with 6 adults and 2 children. Not easy to satisfy but it all worked well.
