The home was extremely fitting for our needs as a fishing group of family and friends. We enjoyed time on the lake and relaxing time at the house playing games and BBQing . The listing was exactly the way we experienced our stay . We will be returning for another visit.

When we arrived the check in process was easy and the house looked very nice. But, for the price there were so many thing that needed attention.
1. The first night we were there we tried to light the pellet stove (no instructions). We texted the owner and she did not know how to light it and apologized. She then had a family member call us who also did not know how to light it and told us to look on YouTube as to how it worked??? Not once during our four night stay did anyone ever get back with us to see if we were able to get it lit.
2. There were bathrooms trash cans that were not emptied. There were towels with stains and had bleach spots on them.
3. The kitchen sink had to be scrubbed out as there was crud left in the bottom and corners.
4. There were ants on the kitchen counter top. We did not notice them until we started putting food out for dinner.
5. We found a SNAKE in the oven. YES, I said a snake and it was alive! I have pictures. 🐍
6. The oven was filthy and took at least 45 minutes to heat up to 350*.
7. Not all of the burners on the stove worked.
8. The gas grill on the patio was nasty with old cooked on food and rust. And, the burners were rusted out which made cooking rather challenging.
9. There was a small partial roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We ran out the first night we arrived and there were no others in the house.
10. There was old freezer burned food left in the utility room freezer. Probably left by previous guests.
