About this apartment rental
Come and explore 22 miles of beautiful coastline in our modern apartment, with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is just behind the bustling Lord street, with its shops, bars and restaurants. It is the perfect location to discover all the highlights of Southport and the surrounding areas. We are also just a short stroll from the promenade with its funfair, pier and beach. The train station is a 5 minute walk with excellent links to Birkdale, Liverpool and Manchester.
The space
Our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is a refurbished, clean, sleek open-plan space in the heart of the town centre. As our guests have commented everything is within walking distance, but the apartment is down a quiet side street (which is great for that essential good nights sleep). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, one en-suite and the other just next door to the bedroom. The kitchen is modern and has all the required equipment to cook meals for 4. You can entertain yourselves in the apartment with a huge flat screen TV and Wi-Fi internet. You also have extra space in the hallway, where you can keep golf clubs or a buggy, and space to hang coats and shoes. What makes this apartment stand out from the rest is the lovely paved outside space, where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine, or have your dinner out on sunny evenings.

Usually we go for hotels in Southport but this time we thought we would try self catering with our adult son who is a wheelchair user. The property was really good and was easier for son to get around , it was more relaxing and all the facilities were there for our use . Son really enjoyed his stay that made it more enjoyable for me and his dad and he wants to go again ..Thank you 10/10

The apartment is fantastic, walking distance to the town and the beach. The hosts are very accomidating and answer all questions,. This is the 5th year of renting this property and have never been disappointed

The unit was smaller than expected based on the photos. The supplies furnished were not on par with other rentals we have used.
