Conveniently located in the heart of a fully serviced retail centre close to Claudelands Event Centre and Hamilton’s CBD, and yet on a rear quiet site overlooking a magnificent avocado tree, this spacious two-story townhouse has four bedrooms (2 bathrooms) and is fully equipped to be a genuine home away from home for extended stays. Also, on the first-floor, open plan living includes a lounge with smart TV, Wifi, heat pump, 6 seating dining setting, breakfast bar with stools and a modern fully equipped kitchen. This flows onto a deck with BBQ and bush views. The laundry is situated in an internal access double garage on the ground floor which opens onto a rear courtyard. You can walk to Jubilee Park and along it’s boardwalk winding through an old Kahikatea Forest remnant.

Very handy to event centre and nearby cafe. Only complaint would be the downstairs shower needs a new shower head. Otherwise everything else was good.

Beds were great, clean and comfortable and the electric blankets were a godsend for a cold weekend. Easy walk to lovely cafe for coffee and breakfast. Nice quiet rear unit. Also other takeaways nearby, and not too far to drive into the city restaurants. Parking was tight, but we had 2 big 4wds

A well laid out townhouse with everything we needed for a short stay. Very quiet with comfy beds and good showers. Heat pump upstairs and a couple oil heaters which were very helpful as it was a very cold weekend. We managed to park 4 vehicles - 2 cars and 2 utes. A little bit tight up the drive but manageable. Take aways and cafe just a short walk away and a short Uber into Hamilton town centre

Great accommodation but poor communication with owner over checkin time. According to website and initial booking info checkin was 3pm. This changed to 4pm when sent address instructions and William never replied to my messages via website questioning this. When contacted directly he then said we could check in at 2pm. However the cleaner was there and didn’t finish until 4:30.
