Welcome to The Haven. The very spacious 3,000 square feet complete complex to yourself! Newly remodeled and minutes from the Lake! You will have the entire house, and guest house to yourself. Enjoy the peaceful wooded view from your courtyard or from the different decks available. The Haven is near City Lake where you can hike, fish and kayak. Located off Interstate 40, only minutes from downtown, TTU (Tennessee Tech University), and delicious restaurants.

The Haven is 3 listings in one! Consisting of Palm Paradise (listing as the guest house). The Oasis (listing as an upper unit in the main house) and The Cozy Nook (listing as the lower unit in the main house) combined for one rental. Total privacy with separate entrances to each unit.
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.
Master Bedroom Suite: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV and office desk. Large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and washer/dryer.
Main Full Bathroom: stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Downstairs:
2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV, couch, and office desk.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a large Roku TV, couch, and office desk
1 Main Bathroom: Full tub/shower, is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Fire-pit and charcoal grill provided. Several tables and chairs also provided for your convenience.

This lake and natural area, located off Bridgeway Drive, is a favorite spot among fishermen seeking catfish, bass and bream. Kayakers glide across the 35-acre lake as well. A short trail takes walkers past a historic structure toward the invigorating sight of cascading waters.

First off, this place is very conveniently located near Cookeville and TN Tech. Upstairs, Downstairs, and a detached lodge can accommodate a large party and maintain privacy. Everything was very clean and all items functioned well. Due to time we did not use the outdoor sitting area but it looked great. Check in/out was easy and all remote. If you have a mobility issue the downstairs has a direct entrance, else there are stairs. Very large place for parking and easy access.

From the booking experience to the stay, the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The house itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. My large family and I stayed and we all felt very comfortable and with enough space to spread out. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again should we find ourselves back in the area with our large group.

This property is the perfect getaway for any group! The house is clean, well-maintained and cozy. The fall decor made us feel at home and was such a thoughtful touch. Muddy Pond and Del Monica winery added a wonderful local flavor to our trip. Our host was helpful and very responsive. We would definitely visit again and recommend this property to friends and family.
