Pros:
Great price for 3 private rooms
Location is great
Main surfaces and bathrooms are as clean as you’d expect
Beds/pillows are comfortable
Refrigerator/freezer were clean and empty
Cons:
Oddly missing necessities: washcloths (we bought some cheep ones and left them there, hopefully issue resolved), spatulas, Kleenex, pizza cutter, knife set, spare blankets, labeling for shower essentials (ie: not sure what was shampoo vs conditioner or body soap)
Dirty dishes in drawers and cabinets
After removing linens as requested, discovered soiled pillows and bedding that we wouldn’t have knowing slept on.
Weird spicy smell - we made breakfast and were joking bacon would change the experience. It didn’t.
As expected:
The house is set up for work, not fun. It’s not cozy and there isn’t a good “wind down” spot. We knew this and I didn’t favor it into my review.
Overall: not sure I’d stay here again, would probably stay at a hotel and suck up eating out for 3 meals a day.
