In need of updates. Shower tray in masterbedroom stuck together with silicone toilet not fixed to floor pool requires attention no cover on sump got my foot trapped in it all tiles on outer pool comeing away all trees need cutting back cant use the outdoor shower because of overgrown foliage outdoor wooden canopy rotten outside step fallen apart overpriced
