Locatie ligt dichtbij het station M. Gonsenheim en bij bushaltes. Mainz is hierdoor goed bereikbaar. Supermarkt dichtbij. Ruim en schoon appartement.
Licht op de gang gaat halverwege de trap uit en een trede daarna weer aan.

Die Ferienwohnung ist recht ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich. In der Nähe fließt der Gonsbach, den man gut für einen Gassigang nutzen kann.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen Ledersofa wohnlich eingerichtet. TV und HiFi-Anlagen bieten individuelle Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Küchenausstattung müsste öfter überprüft werden, da die Geräte nicht korrekt funktionieren.
Die Heizung war nur am späten Nachmittag bis vormittags an. Der Aufenthalt tagsüber in der kalten Wohnung war unangenehm.
Die Schlafzimmer sind funktional, aber nicht gemütlich.
Die, in der Beschreibung erwähnte ,Terasse war nicht vorhanden.
Einen Parkplatz mussten wir jeden Tag lange in den umgebenen Straßen suchen.
Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung wie eine Handwerker-Unterkunft und dafür ist sie ausreichend.
Ein längerer Urlaubs-Aufenthalt ist wohl unüblich, da nur 1 mal in 3Wochen gereinigt wurde, und keine ausreichenden Putzheräte für eigene Reinigung zur Verfügung standen.

There was no option for breakfast. But there are supermarkets and many wonderful cafes nearby. Also, one can easily make
breakfast at the property.
Kitchn facilities could have been little better. Salt and sugar should be there and oven gloves. Also scissor and peeler
would be every useful.

The location was good, the house was clean.
For 11 nights each of us had one hand towel and one bath towel..we had problems with the heat for the first days until it was resolved. Water was shut of without giving us notice. Spoke to the construction crew they told us that notice was given to the owner a week before but nobody informed us.
