About this villa rental
What would you say to let go of everything, family nestled safely in an old silkworm nursery Feng Shui renovated in the 19th century, with a large swimming pool of 13M on 7, heated from April to November, in a large enclosed park of 1 hectare equipped with games for children and adults (large trampoline, climbing wall, swings, slides, petanque field, etc. ...). Without forgetting the giant screen of functional 45m2 living room!
"Un je ne sais quoi de Paradis" is also 4 family suites with private bathrooms, equipped with Ethernet and Wifi. For your intimacy and security, each suite is completed with a private terrace and garden. The outdoor dining area surrounded by greenery, the comfortable pool house and its plancha, the kitchen, the indoor dining room (accommodating up to 15 people) opening onto the largest of the terraces and the famous living room mentioned above. To refine the picture, a 35 m2 studio with handicapped standards is available, with its private shaded terrace. Un je ne sais quoi de Paradis is surrounded by nature, you will be able to hike, bike or just relax but if you need to, you will be able to get some news from all over the world by using our internet connection.
Epicurean, lunches or dinners with "plancha" or "cocktail" themes on request, rustic and/or refined plates prepared by Isa, your host. To be tasted near the swimming pool, sprinkled with a pretty regional wine; or even the latter at your service all week long for tasty meals... Here everything is possible; from jazz evenings until 10 pm; to the custom programming of a sports or cultural day whose reservations would be managed by the owner; and to total autonomy, you just have to order.

We had a lovely holiday in this very nice house. We were 16, 8 adults and 8 children, age 5 – 14. Especially the large pool was very popular. The house is nicely renovated, with large indoor areas. But many stairs. The kitchen is relative small, but very well functioning and with all necessary “machinery”. There is a lovely terrace where we had all our meals. The sleeping rooms were of different size, but every think worked out fine. However the room on the lowest floor could benefit from air condition as, there were a little problem with moist after the showers were used. The historical town was nearby, but only accessible walking if you are very fit, as the downhill trip is very steep. So a car is essential.
The owner of the house, Issabel, was very friendly and helpful with all questions. So we can strongly recommend this house.

The property is great. We had a fantastic week there. The property is a decent size - we had 2 families, 9 people in total and it was plenty big enough. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning which, when the weather is like this year, is an absolute must! The pool is a good size and probably 2m deep at the deep end - a must if you have kids like mine. There are lots of different external seating areas so you can always find somewhere either in the sun or the shade. Enough seating for eating both inside and out. Les Vans is a lovely town but it's very steep walk down to it - not for the faint-hearted. Isabelle, the property owner is lovely, always on hand if you need anything. All in all this a great property and we had a fantastic stay there

Unsere gesamte Familie (im Alter von 4 bis 80 Jahren) hat eine tolle, sehr erholsame Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht.
Rennrad, MTB, Kajak, Schwimmen, Wanderungen mit Kindern, Shopping auf regionalen Märkten, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und mit außergewöhnlichem Interieur eingerichtet. Jedes einzelne Zimmer (gut klimatisiert) mit zugehörigem Bad ist ein Erlebnis für sich. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben entspannte Stunden am großen Pool und im Garten auf lauschigen Sitzplätzen verbracht. Trampolin, Hängeschaukel, Tischtennisplatte, Gasgrill, zahlreiche Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben an großer Tafel lange Abende auf der Terrasse genossen.
Durch die geschickte Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten können auch nur Teilbereiche des großen Anwesens gebucht und genutzt werden.
Isabelle ist eine beeindruckende, unaufgeregte und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie war immer präsent, wenn es Fragen gab.
Wir können die Unterkunft durchweg weiterempfehlen und werden wiederkommen.
