Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett begrüßt den Gast persönlich und reagiert innerhalb von Minuten auf Nachrichten Fragen usw. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber und sehr gepflegt. Sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgeststtet. Balkon mit sitz möglich mit sonnenschutz. Der Aufzug ist ausreichend groß. Alle Räume sind mit Rollläden und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das parken auf der Straße ist kein Problem gewesen da ich fast vor der Haustüre Parkplatz immer finden konnte. Ca. 15 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist euserst zu empfehlen und bekommt von mir 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Appartamento molto bello e ben tenuto a 15 a piedi dal centro di modena. Si trova in un quartiere residenziale, pulito e silenzioso. Ottimi i letti, ottima la cucina, dotata di tutti gli accessori (es. microonde, macchina del caffe', boiler, tostapane, ...). Appartamento pulitissimo. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima comunicazione. Facile trovare parcheggio gratuito nella zona (era un weekend). Consigliatissimo
