About this villa rental
Fantastic Villa, which belonged to the Milanese aristocracy, also hosted Prince Raimondo Lanza of Trabia during his summer holidays. Very suggestive, with gardens on several levels, from where you can admire a unique panorama in front of the Vezio Castle. The rooms equipped with all services and accessories are large and spacious, with spectacular views of Lake Lecco and Como, a private bathroom for exclusive use, smart TV, Wi fi, barbecue. At guests' disposal the terrace, equipped with umbrella and sunbed where you can relax and sunbathe or simply enjoy an aperitif, a living room, a reading room, an equipped kitchen, various gardens and a parking space for exclusive use. The Villa dominates the center of the town and all services are within walking distance, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pizzeria and various paths for trekking in the adjacent woods. A short distance from the beaches and the small port where you can embark to visit Lake Lecco and Como. Sports center with football and tennis field 350 meters away. The area is purely tourist and the train station is 2.5 km away. from our residence, reachable on foot via the mule tracks, which greatly shorten the route, or by bus service or taxi service, both 150 meters from the Villa. You can also attend falconry shows in the nearby castle of Vezio, which belonged to Queen Teodolinda, or water sports such as water skiing. sailing, canoeing and fishing.

La casa è situata in un posto bellissimo sopra il lago di Como e molto vicino alla città di Varenna. Inoltre la casa e molto spazioso, pulito e ha un giardino molto bello.
Il check-in è stato molto facile e il proprietario ha sempre risposto velocemente. Spero di tornare presto!

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de mooie statige Italiaanse woning met authentieke details. Prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer, mooie terrassen en balkons. Het geluid van de beek geeft al een vakantiegevoel. Fijn dat er een kleine supermarkt in de buurt zit die bijna alles heeft. Ook genoten van het Italiaanse dorp waar de inwoners een eigen sociaal leven hebben met veel levendigheid.
Bij vragen konden we bij Fabio, de contactpersoon, terecht die snel reageerde en ons de juiste informatie gaf.
Een minpuntje: niet veel serviesgoed en bestek. Ook was er pp 1 handdoek voor 2 weken. Deze minpuntjes waren te overzien en deden weinig af aan de heerlijke vakantie die we mochten hebben.
