The place was clean and the location was excellent for our visit. We were there for our daughter's volleyball tournament and most everything was within walking distance. We were on the second floor and I was worried that the outside noise would be a problem, but it wasn't at all for our trip.
We typically cook at home so it would have been nice if the kitchen was a little better furnished. We had just enough utensils, pans, etc to get by. Nicer pans and a couple larger coffee cups would have been nice. Not a huge complaint though.

Having a full kitchen is probably my favorite feature. The location is spectacular. It makes exploring downtown fun. The apartments are very quiet and the in apartment washer and dryer is a wonderful perk.
The only concern I have is the street door lock. It takes a code to unlock. The door would not lock. I invited a friend over and the told me the door wasn’t even locked. As far as I know, over the 3 days I was there, the door never did lock.

Close to convention center
There was a putrid smell of fish as soon as you get onto the 2nd floor. It was so unbearable we had to hold our breath to get to our room. Luckily I travel with an air freshener and that helped but the smell was filtering into our room I had to sleep under the covers to not smell it.
The shower was clogged and we would have to turn the shower head off to let the water drain before it overflowed through the small barrier into the rest of the bathroom.
The sofa sleeper mattress was torn. Gross.
There is no natural light. There are windows that open to a dark space outside.
