Clean, comfortable bottom floor of house in South Buffalo near Irish historic District. Easy access to highways, downtown attractions.

Property is outdated with furniture and fixtures, had musty smell throughout, only one television to share, and temperature is uncomfortable throughout. If it wasn't for these things this place would be a 10 all day. It is so spacious and Brian is attentive.
