Excellent location right on the beach.
The toilet paper was single ply-should be double ply for guests.
Hole in floor next to back door really ought to be repaired.
Front door mat was old,dirty and worn out-should be replaced.
Living room carpet old and worn-should have been replaced a long time ago.

The location is amazing and the views are spectacular.
It's hard to understand (and we have stayed several times over the past 5 years) why Vacasa and/or the owner do not provide a set of matched dishes, glassware, and silverware. Also, there is a hole in the floor by the back door that would be easy to repair. The per night rental price with all fees is up to $400+ a night during the summer, and at that price, these issues should be addressed.

Location is great
Outdated and smells funny due to lots of animals in the past. We did not bring animals but it smelled like a litter box. No full size refrigerator and the pull out bed is a joke, glad we did not need it.
