About this apartment rental
The Azalea apartment is located in a hystoric and friendly village, Sommavilla, 250m meters from the lake and at the slopes of Monte Baldo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view, inside the Prima Luce Apartaments structure.
It is located in a family-run establishment, that includes three apartments, surrounded by a large garden, in a quiet area, away from traffic and in contact with ancient olive groves fields, suitable for those who like relaxation and nature.
The apartment, on the second floor and just renovated, complete with every comfort, consists of:
kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, dish cloths, dish soap and sponges ;
living area with sofa bed (2 places), bed chair, flat screen satellite TV and 32 inches, Wifi internet connection with excellent signal throughout the apartment, and air conditioning (works from 5pm to 6am);
bedroom with double bed, a big wardrobe, nightstands and mirror;
bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, sink, hairdryer and supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap;
small closet;
two balconies both with wonderful lake view;
private parking place.
In the apartment you find informations, maps and useful tips to guide you to discover the area and the best restaurants and pizzeria in the area.
In a room adjacent to the apartment there are a washing machine, iron and ironing board available to all apartments Prima Luce.
The owners will always be present for the check in and the check out and live in the same apartment facility and are therefore always available during the stay.
The location is ideal as a starting point for hiking or biking in the vast territory of Brenzone, and just 5 minutes walk you can reach the beaches to practice various sports such as swimming, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, sup. Nearby you can find supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies, laundry service, bus and ferry, and tennis courts.
Only 4 km from Malcesine with its charming old town and the castle Scala. With the cable car you can easily reach the summit of Monte Baldo to enjoy breathtaking views.
Interesting countries are also Riva del Garda, Limone, Torri del Benaco with its castle, Garda and Bardolino with its magnificent lakefront.
At about 45 km you can also find the Gardaland amusement park and water park Caneva-
Of great interest they are also the Sigurtà in Valeggio and the Zoo Parco Natura Viva in Pastrengo
At 50 km you will find instead Verona, where you can go shopping or visit the beautiful city.

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und in einem Hervorragenden zustand. Die Ferienwohnung ist Hell, sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr Wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter Stefania und Marco sind sehr Nett und immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Umgebung in top Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, groß und neu eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren supernett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist wunderbar. Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem perfekt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Azalea ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhigen Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf den See und die Berge.
Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Familie Cressotti ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.
