I like apartment. It is big, clean, high speed wifi internet, big kitchen, tv and big size rooms. I feel jow my own house.

I have had issues with the hosts returning the deposit. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Failed to return £200 deposit within a fortnight of my checkout, even though I had chased numerous times as I had a feeling this would happen. They failed to release the money and now been informed I have to wait a further 5-8 working days. This is unacceptable. No compensation or meaningful apology offered. These hosts are holding numerous deposits at £200 each probably making interest off my money. Very disappointing indeed.

The apartment was clean and modern. Great location.
Their credit card hold for incidentals statement read that there were just 48 hours to notify them of any damage found in the apartment. I felt like Olivia Benson looking for clues/damage to report. That distracted me from enjoying the first 2 days of vacation.

Overall lovely apartment.
No essentials in the kitchen. No sponge or dish soap for dishes. 1 tea towel. No chopping board, all knives blunt with chunks missing from the metal. Made cooking frustrating…
