The property was beautiful and in a stunning area. Tony the host could not have done more for us and made our stay extremely comfortable.
The heating ran on an automatic system and sometimes the space was cold.

The location was beautiful on the lake, when you open the bedroom window you can see that you are just on the water in the old boathouse! The hot tub lovely, as was all the furniture and bedroom inside of the apartment too. Perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway. Tony was a wonderful host (we didn't meet Zoe whilst we were there), was very helpful and friendly, and they left a little food hamper and prosecco on our arrival which was so generous! One morning we took the rowing boat out on the lake and it was so misty and peaceful.
Although the hot tub was lovely, it does take a very long time to heat up, however we were told about this so it was fine. Also I would not recommend this location unless you have a car (I think most people travel here by car anyway!) we were a very very long walk away from a shop. The ensuite toilet and shower doesn't have a door, so I would say you have to be pretty comfortable with the person you're staying with to use it!
