La ubicación es realmente buena, para quienes quieran pasear entre Ipanema y Copacabana, ubicado cerca de Arpoador, es una distancia caminable y amigable, no se requiere auto. Las suites mismas se encuentran separadas del hotel, pero cuentan con acceso al mismo, por lo que se puede disfrutar bar, gimnasio y piscina, y todo el personal siempre muy atento a todo. El desayuno es simplemente extraordinario, volvería aunque solo por la comida. El departamento muy bueno, limpio con kichenette y comedor, super bien pensado para una estadía.

No supimos armar el sofá cama, y aunque al día siguiente lo armó la persona de servicio, no era tan cómodo, como para considerarlo en una estadía de varios días.

The views of the apartment are to an interior part of the building, not a lot of light.

location is great! the breakfast is also very good, not a huge variety but everything they offered was great quality. the room had enough space for two of us to work comfortably and the wifi was sufficient for our needs (cut out a couple of times but no big deal). very quiet at night time and has working air conditioning. the kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t use anything. some of the reception staff are very nice and accommodating and they allowed us to store our bags before our check in and after our check out.

the room was extremely dark as it faces into the interior patio on the ground floor (which is not pleasant to look at). some small water bottles and coffee were provided in the room, we weren’t notified (by the personnel or in any sign in the room) that they charge for these and at the end we were charged an additional 10€ for 4 small waters and 2 coffees. on arrival, there seemed to be an issue with Apple Pay and my credit card didn’t work, the man who “helped” us was extremely inflexible and quite rude. after being there a few days I realized the issue was because he selected the wrong method of payment on the card reader (debit and credit can often be reversed to what we know).
