The "Five Parrots" is the ultimate group escape: two one-of-a-kind, top-floor penthouse lofts (Units 231 and 232) combined into one incredible space for large families, multiple couples, or groups of friends. Share your blissful beach vacation across two beautifully appointed apartments that sleep 12 in total across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Ultimate Group Setup: This massive combined unit offers the highest level of space and privacy for a large group. You benefit from two full and separate living spaces with two full gourmet kitchens, two sets of laundry facilities, and two large master suites. The connected verandas allow for shared sunrise views and social time outdoors.
Penthouse Views & Access: Located on the third floor, you are rewarded with the best panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the entire property. Note: This unit is accessed by three flights of stairs only (no elevator), and two of the bedrooms are cozy loft spaces, each accessed by a spiral staircase.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12):
• Master Bedrooms (2): Two King Beds.
• Second Bedrooms (2): Two Queen Beds.
• Loft Bedrooms (2): One Loft with a Queen Bed and one Loft with Two Twin Beds (both accessed by separate spiral stairs).

The condos and the surrounding area were top notch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked our own meals which we purchased from the store about a 5 minute drive with the golf cart we rented.
We had the kitchen stocked and ready for us when we arrived with everything we requested for that night and the next morning which was amazing as it was a long travel day for us.
The views are great and the staff does a nice job looking after everything.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Security guards are continuously walking the beach and at the front gate to help keep you feeling looked after.
I asked for recommendations for companies to use and go on tours and had great results with each one.

We rented 2 villas on the 3rd floor. One was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The other was not as clean, and the dryer was not working. The dishes were too big for the dishwasher. It had a poorly equipped kitchen, and we had to use the utensils from the other apartment. Most towels in both are outdated, need changing. But overall, nice vacation villas for 4 nights.

Absolutely stunning. We rented 4 units and had a total of 18 all together. The facilities were amazing. The staff were friendly and super helpful. We were concerned about the construction but seriously it was not an issue and everything was kept very clean.
Pool was super clean. Hot tub was great. The cabana by the pool was a great place to hangout and we spent evenings out on the private covered pier.
We can’t wait to book again for another trip.
Thank you to Herbert who was very helpful. Several emails back and forth leading up to the trip with suggestions for stops on our drive from the airport. Hands down a five star experience!!! Highly recommend!!!
