Perfect for multi-generational families & groups, this mountain retreat is just 1 mile from Ski Beech, Emerald Mountain trails, and downtown. Relax with long-range views and a spacious deck with fire table & grill. Inside, enjoy a steam shower, 3-person sauna, copper tub, jetted tub, plus a pool table, bar, playroom, and fast Wi-Fi. Cozy up by the fireplaces after a day outside. A perfect ski chalet in winter and a lower-temp, adventure-filled retreat in summer w/ hiking, biking, & outdoor fun!
This spacious mountain cabin is designed for connection, comfort, and year-round adventure. It's perfect for multi-generational families and groups looking to relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors.
Location, location, location: just 1 mile from Ski Beech and minutes from Beech Mountain’s sledding hill, biking trails, hiking, and “downtown.” In winter, you’re right in the heart of ski and snow play. In summer, you'll escape the lower-elevation heat with cooler mountain temps, fresh air, and endless outdoor options.
Views & outdoor living: take in stunning long-range mountain views from the expansive deck, complete with ample seating, a gas fire table, and grill. A separate stargazer deck offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, yoga, or quiet reading under the trees or the stars.
Cook, gather, unwind: the fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to big family meals. We have a crockpot for easy meal prep and helpful tools like a food processor and cast-iron skillet. The open living spaces are designed for hanging out, whether you’re sharing dinner, playing games, or relaxing after a day outside.
Cozy evenings: settle in by the living room gas fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the 65” HDTV with cable and Roku. (The primary bedroom also features its own fireplace for an extra cozy retreat!)
Play & entertain: the game room features a pool table, while the lower-level rec room includes a 60” TV, Nintendo system (with classic controllers), electric fireplace, and plenty of board games—perfect for kids and adults alike.

This cabin was perfect. The location is very convenient to the ski resort at Beech Mountain and check-in couldn’t have been easier. The cabin is well situated with split a floorplan that gives each family member/guest their own isolated space if needed. The beds were very comfy and the master bedroom steam shower was amazing. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Enjoyed all the space for our family gathering at Resting Beech Face, including a comfortable great room with fireplace and views, games, movies, pool table, steam shower, and lots of separate areas to enjoy quieter time!
