About this villa rental
At the gates of the Amalfi coast in the locality of Raito we offer our guests a villa consisting of two rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry, terraces and garden / solarium.
The large and panoramic terraces and gardens will make your stay unique and special.
Meals can be consumed outdoors in the shade of the trees even taking advantage of the barbecue equipped with everything you need.
To ensure maximum safety and tranquility for our guests, reservations of less than 4 nights will not be accepted. Between one booking and another we will leave two days that cannot be booked, during which all the rooms will be aired and sanitized.
The characteristic stairs that divide the apartment from the central square of the village will ensure you the total peace and tranquility that we are sure you will need to relax at any time of the year.
Even in the busy summer period the location of the apartment will guarantee our guests a pleasant state of relaxation.
During the high season the use of the car is not recommended due to the lack of public parking.
Immersed in the scents of lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf.
the easily reachable places in the surroundings are: Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Atrani, Conca dei Marini, Salerno, Pompeii, Paestum, Herculaneum, Capri, Sorrento. Easily accessible, by sea or by bus
To reach Raito the nearest airport is Capodichino (Naples).
Villa delle agavi is connected by bus but, those who prefer can contact us in advance and we will arrange for a private car to arrive at the airport or train station where your arrival is expected (the cost of the service is of course charged to the customers , but it will be lower than the cost of the taxi, as we use collaborators who offer reduced prices only to our customers).
Anyone staying at our facility will feel at home!
All interested parties are reminded that the particular characteristic location of the villa makes it not recommended for those with walking problems.
The villa is equipped with all the required authorizations, therefore, upon arrival, it will be necessary to communicate the details of the guests who, as per law, will be communicated to the public safety authorities.
If this information is provided in advance, it will be possible to access independently, thanks to the alphanumeric code. This procedure will make guests free to access the facility at any time of day or night.
We will pay the tourist tax ourselves without any further charge to the guests.
For the sustainability we are respecting the following rules:
no plastic container is used; separate collection; the garden is equipped with an automatic irrigation system, to reduce as much as possible any water waste; there are carapteristic trees of the local flora; rainwater is recovered and stored.
