The house has five spacious bedrooms and another half bedroom with a bed
Two Master Suites
**Master on Main Floor with patio (King bed, Jaccuzzi Tub)
**Master Downstairs also with patio (King Bed),
**Family Bedroom ( Queen bed, and bunk bed Full bottom with Twin on Top).
** Family Bedroom #2 ( Queen bed, and bunk bed Full bottom with Twin on Top).
**5th Bedroom (Futon double Bed) is also the family game room with the Wii. (Great place for the kids to hang out downstairs while the adults are upstairs!).
The layout is terrific. Master on the Main Floor (the one with the Jaccuzzi tub), then the other 4 bedrooms are downstairs. Master in the corner, then each of the family bedrooms then at the end of the hall is the 5th bedroom.
Downstairs the double vanity bathroom connects to the master and is across from the other bedrooms.
The 5th Bedroom is across from it's own full bathroom.
There are 3 full baths and two half baths.
It comfortably sleeps up to 16 people in beds and works beautifully with two or three families but is a great home even for one family. The layout is spacious and ideal. we are a no shoes house so bring your slippers. Nice clean carpets!

The upstairs master suite with a new luxurious King bed has a private bathroom with a nice jaccuzzi tub, separate shower, flat screen tv and an excellent closet.
The downstairs master bedroom features a King-size bed, flat screen tv, access to the bathroom with double vanities, granite shower.
Baby Crib (bring sheets)
There are two Family bedrooms which feature a Queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top in each room.
The fifth room is the family play room and features a very comfortable Futon bed and sleeper sofa.
There are boxes of games and toys from ages 2-6 as well as Board Games for the adults and kids. There are books and age appropriate movies, and games for the Wii.
The home is extremely spacious and can accommodate additional guests using our inflatable beds (2) that can be put in the 5th bedroom or in the Master Bedrooms comfortably.
There is extensive closet space as well as dresser space.
Our house conveniently located in Tahoe Donner Access to all Tahoe Donner Amenities for daily Guest Fees.
Tahoe Donner has excellent amenities such as a Beach, Pool, Equestrian Center, GOLF, Tennis, Restaurants all within a few minute drive from the house. visit the www.tahoedonner.com website for an overview of all amenities.
Skiing at Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Alpine Meadows all within 15-20 minutes.
The Tahoe Donner Cross Country Center with its gorgeous and extensive trail system and the Tahoe Donner Ski Area are only five minutes away.
There is a 3 car garage as well as room in the driveway for 3 additional cars. The garage has access into the Kitchen convenient for the trip to Safeway as well as access to the stairway that leads downstairs to 4 of the bedrooms.

We had specific needs for our rental property due to the size and make-up of our party and a disability: This property promised to have everything we needed and wanted and we were happy to pay the rather high weekly rent for what appeared to be an incredible place for our family reunion.
Within a matter of hours we realised that this rental property was not what had been promised to us due to the following:
1/ house was clean on surface only.
The advert states that the house is
“Cleaned with disinfectant…
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)”
I can categorically say that the comforters had not been washed (covers cannot be removed and they did not smell or look clean), high touch areas were not cleaned nor disinfected. There were smeary fingerprints on all light switches and doorknobs. Drawers in the second bathroom had people’s hair and other bits in them, cabinets, draws and cupboards in the kitchen had not been cleaned for quite some time.
2/ the house was ill equipped for the amount of people rented to, difficult to set a dinner table with matching place settings, not to mention 2 wine glasses for 12 adults,
3/ house was cluttered with owners stuff in most wardrobes and mess
4/ 6th bedroom is a glorified wardrobe with no windows and broken bed.
5/ one set of sheets had disgusting recent bodily fluids on them, clearly not washed
6/ most of the beds were not fitted with mattress protectors and only a sheet to separate sleepers from stained mattresses. Where provided they were dirty and NOT cleaned between renters.
7/ maintenance of the house was poor
8/ extra blow up beds as advertised, were all punctured (all 3 of them)
9/ promised games were incomplete and could not be played with
I flagged issues to the owners and their response was that I was focusing on minor cosmetic issues. Having a wardrobe door fall on me, dirty linen, dirty surfaces, poor
maintenance, curtains coming off the railings, dirt and mess in most draws and wardrobes, extra blow up beds unusable and other issues should not be considered as cosmetic! Owners did offer for us to move out, which was impracticable and simply not a solution.
This house could have it all and is beautiful in itself, but sadly was not as advertised. Manage your expectations so as not to be disappointed.
