Located in Nouaillé-Maupertuis, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 24-minute drive to Futuroscope or the 17-minute drive to Place du Marechal Leclerc.

Very peaceful surroundings (spacious grounds, river and forest) in a quiet hamlet. The property has a long and interesting history with much original material still to be seen. We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable and spacious house.
