Great location, char lift is next to the building, also it’s super close to the centre - 10-12 minutes walking distance.
Apartment is spacious and has everything you need.
The view from the apartment is also very nice

It was good enough. Very close to the lift, restaurants, shops. Two big bedrooms with two bathrooms and nice dining room. Kitchen is equipped with all you need. Inside is hot and cosily. I recommend it for sure and will repaed it.
The parking is a little challenge and it is not 100% that you will fing immediate parking place, but it is not impossible. If you switch the two boilers and heaters, the electricity switched off.
