The place was very clean, and it's obvious that the owners didn't skimp on the furniture and beds. The rules and procedures were clear and provided through messaging as well as a binder. The house is located on the main drag with all of the wonderful shops and restaurants..and 5 minutes from the beach. If we had brought our bicycles, we would have surely ridden them down to the beach. And a Winn-Dixies like 2 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient for buying groceries.
We liked everything about our experience at the house. It was super easy, and we will definitely book this house again. The only thing I didn't like was the advertised price on booking.com versus the final bill. There was like a $200 difference that surprised me. However, even with the cleaning fees, etc that show up after the first sticker price grabs you, a little over $500 for the weekend was actually worth it, it was just a little beyond our budget but we made it work.
