About this apartment rental
The Loft is located behind our small house in a fully gated yard. You will have your own private entrance with lots of lighting. It's located in the Jefferson Westside Neighborhood and is a great area to walk and bike around. You can walk downtown or to the University or stroll around the neighborhood. Restaurants are within walking distance as well.
The Loft has a comfy area to read, watch TV and cook. It has a small kitchen with stove and microwave. There is a desk and chair with a monitor. It has a medium sized refrigerator and Plenty of plates, cups, pans and pots to cook with. You will access the loft area by a spriral stair case. Once you're in the loft area- please note that the ceilings are only about 5 feet high. There's a porch off the back to a semi private yard.
You will have access to the Loft, Yard and a porch on the back of the Loft. There is a gas grill to cook on in the back yard as well along with flower beds and summer garden
We have extra blankets, pillows and towels. Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu and internet access are included.

Great host, very communicative. The place was ready a bit early, which was great for me as I'd arrived in town a few hours before check-in. Location is perfect, as it's just far enough south you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood vibes. A few more amenities would be nice - the bathroom is not equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner. However, I got by just fine.Tall folks beware! The spiral staircase and loft are very difficult to navigate.

My husband and I were in town to celebrate graduation with our son. This is a great property for an adult couple - convenient to campus, downtown, and walking distance to great coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the property met our needs. Only caveat is that the spiral staircase makes this (as the owner says) not good for children or perhaps less-than-nimble adults. Thank you for the wonderful weekend!
