We have introduced additional security checks as part of our checking in process. Please provide copy of your passport or photo driving licence & a photograph of the bank card you are using for payment
These documents will be reviewed when we meet you at the address to check you in. We appreciate your cooperation
A security deposit of 100 pounds for weekday bookings & 250 for weekend bookings will be added to your invoice. This is fully refundable upon check-out & subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
We do not accept cash, please inform us of expected arrival time. Check in is 1500 hours and Check out is 1000 hours Payment will be collected no later than 14 days prior to check-in

It was very clean and tidy, included everything I needed for a very comfortable stay.
Flat is walking distance to town, includes parking
