About this cottage rental
A modern cottage with double bed in a studio situation and adjoining twin bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Wallis Farmhouse is a late Georgian farmhouse in the picturesque village of Hardwick. We provide a variety of self-catering accommodation, close to the city of Cambridge in England. The house stands in extensive gardens adjoining our meadows and woodland, which border the Wimpole Way. Hardwick is 5 miles from the university city of Cambridge, and 15 miles from Ely and Newmarket.
We have six individual self-catering Barns and Cottage at Wallis Farm, each with its own unique character, and offering a variety of accommodation for two to four people. The first three are in a converted barn across the courtyard from the Farmhouse. Many of the original features of the building have been retained, and the rooms are furnished and equipped to a high standard. The second three are in modern L- shaped building and have views over the gardens and farmland. One Cottage has been adapted with a ramp for wheelchair access and a bathroom modified for people with mobility problems. All our accommodation has gas central heating with TV and internet access. Towels and Linen is provided.

The cottage provides everything you need for a self-catering stay. The gardens are beautiful and sitting watching the black squirrels (I didn’t know they existed) was the epitome of a wonderful stay.
