– Unclean details, poorly maintained. Curtains loose. Noisy – open-window sleep impossible. Fridge loud/wobbly, some parts broken. Stove needs manual=not user-friendly. Lumpy pillows, blunt knives. Poor comms. Apt entered unannounced during absence.
+ Easy booking, no extra cost for 2nd guest. Central loc., shops nearby. Nicely furnished, mostly clean. Ceiling fan. Smooth check-in/out. Contact easy reachable
