Grds. ist die Wohnung schön und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht und gepflegt.
Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung ist bemerkenswert. Gefühlt wird nach Buchung auf diverses hingewiesen, für das die Verwaltung bei "Fehlverhalten" Strafen einfordern könnte. Die Endreinigung ist m.E. überteuert, gleichzeitig soll man z.B. den Müll selber zur Müllsammelstelle bringen. In den Apps diverser Anbieter von Strom zum Laden von elektrischen Autos sind vor Ort drei öffentliche Ladesäulen ausgewiesen. Vor Ort wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass diese zu bestimmten Wohnungen gehören. Ob die Verwaltung den Vorschlag, dies unmissverständlich auszuschildern, aufgreift, werden wir sehen.
