Dieses Appartement besteht aus einem einzigen , sehr großen , hellen & hohen Raum ohne weitere Türen oder Abgrenzungen . Das separate Badezimmer ist ebenfalls schön groß und hell incl. Duschkabine und Spiegelschrankwand und bietet viel Ablage für Utensilien . Kleine Küchenzeile & Esstisch mit Bank/Stühlen ideal für Frühstück und Zubereitung eigener Mahlzeiten und mit sehr viel Ausstattung ( Wasserkocher , Kaffee-Maschine etc. ) . Balkon-Tür zu eigener Terrasse mit großem Tisch & Sitzgelegenheiten . Das Doppelbett war bequem und die zusätzliche Schlafcouch ebenso -- diese allerdings eher für Freunde des nicht-so-weich-liegens . Toll ist auch der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür . Eine angenehme und saubere Unterkunft . Stets problemloser Kontakt zur freundlichen Vermieterin und einfaches Gelangen an den Wohnungsschlüssel . Ideal für 2 Personen -- aber für ein paar Tage auch groß genug für Drei !!
Wer es nicht gewohnt ist , könnte sich an der neben dem Haus vorbeiführenden Bahnlinie München - Salzburg gestört fühlen . Schallpegel hält sich allerdings in Grenzen und wird in der Wohnung durch gute Fenster - welche a l l e einen Rolladen haben - wirklich abgedämpft !!
