The staff is truly amazing. As other reviewers have pointed out, Felipe, the driver, is probably the happiest and friendliest person we've met. The kitchen staff was incredibly accommodating with my vegan wife, preparing every evening a special menu just for her!
The hotel is a little remote, a 10 minute walk from the edge of the village, but this was actually an advantage: we were dropped off and picked up every day to/from the slopes, so in the end we ended up getting there and coming back more comfortably than we would have if we had been living in the village.
Our beds were incredibly comfortable.

I would like to highlight the dedicated work of the staff first and foremost. They were very kind and helpful. They do their job with all their heart and soul, they pay attention to everything. The team is made of five-star humanity.
Our room was shabby, worn out. The beds would have been acceptable in a one-star hotel. The furniture is old and there is not much of it. There is an extractor fan in the toilet that did not work during our stay. The toilet paper is the cheapest and roughest. If someone takes a shower at six in the morning, the other person cannot sleep because the bathtub is in the same air space as the room and the lamp shines in the eyes of the sleeping person. The headboard of one of the beds is the radiator which is 60 degrees, when I turned down the temperature the room was cold. The toilet is particularly smelly. The evening meals are delicious, the breakfast has an extremely poor selection compared to the fact that the hotel is a 4-star hotel.
