Parking space provided, as very little parking in the village. The location was good for access to Portsmouth. A nice village location, with a mini Tesco, post office, pub, bakery, general store and cafe/bistro. Great contact with the person organising the keys.
Altjough shappy chic style in the 2 ensuite bedrooms, with bare floor boards it was pleasant underfoot with bare feet, maybe a large rug or bedside rugs would have been nice. The stairs are steep with no carpet or anti slip covering, again bare floor boards. There was a handrail to one side but unsuitable for the elderly.

Lovely terrace cottage in a nice quiet area. Free parking opposite the property. Peaceful garden. Very clean property with all the facilities we could need. Would absolutely stay again.
Just 2 things - and we'd consider this really nitpicky. The fridge kept leaning forward when we opened the door so probably needs fixing in place? Double room requires you to switch an extraction fan on if showering due to no window in bathroom - the switch is high above a door. Not much fun for height-challenged folk.
