The location was fantastic! Right in the middle of Ironbridge with a park over the road. The beds were really comfy and the towels were bath sheets so plenty big enough. Good WiFi!
Only one parking space, you can’t park overnight in the car park over the road, we managed to be able to ask and park in one of the other spaces but this is not guaranteed. The TV’s are great but they work each other which made it confusing. The spiral stairs were a bit of a challenge for my parents who are getting older.
There was a shelf missing out of the fridge making it far too small for self catering accommodation even for a weekend.
The property generally needs some love and attention, there are cracks, chips and marks everywhere. The cleanings was generally good except for in the higher spaces, there were cobwebs on the ceilings and the bathroom extractors were dirty however this wasn’t detrimental to our stay.

Great location, well equipped with nice extras of fudge and shortbread, little milk cartons in case you didn't have any.
Bedrooms on the ground floor are reasonable size.
Contacted the management company regarding wifi query and quickly answered, offering to come round.
Roof terrace off the kitchen ( which is on the first floor).
The parking space is handy.
A little tatty on some chairs. Note, the spiral staircase could cause issues if mobility issues.
