Cobbly Nob Golf Retreat: Hot Tub, Arcade Game Room

Very clean, one Queen size bed on main floor. Hot tube was excellent but bring your own beach towel. love No stairs walking into home. Two bedrooms upstairs.

I read the description on property. One description stating View. There is No view unless looking at a dirt hill a view. I was very disappointed but learned a lesson. Must say Mountain view I guess. always had mountain views. It was my sons first time to see Smokey Mountain I failed with the dirt hills & trees.

It’s located in a nice quiet wooded neighborhood. No view, but nice.

1. First floor bedroom had strong cigarette smoke. We were surprised upon entering the house, to find the house full odor, and because having young kids/babies and my friend is pregnant, none of us were able to sleep in that smoky bedroom. The property contact person ended up sending cleaners whom brought deodorize and candle to us at 11pm that night which didn’t work at all. We ended up cramping everyone upstairs. 2. Uncleaned floor. My husband spent two hours cleaning the floor upon arrival to make it more livable. 3. It’s about 27 mins drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We paid $1900 for three nights, the stay is definitely not worth it.
